     From a 139-Level Dirac-Fock R-Matrix calculation.  The orbitals
     were determined from a Dirac-Fock structure calculation using the
     program GRASP.

     The size of the continuum basis was 31 and the maximum energy in
     the R-matrix calculation was 180 Ryd.  All JPI partial waves from
     J =0.5 to 29.5 were included in the calculation and then the
     contribution from the higher partial waves were estimated from a
     topup procedure.  The number of energy-mesh points in the resonance
     region was 204800.

     The numbers in the last column of the above table are the Bethe limits
     calculated from the Dirac-Fock configuration-interaction calculation.
