      included from same calculations but lower accuracy expected.

      Added collisional transition 1-4 with same upsilons as 1-2 on
      recommendation of Badnell.  Variation between septet and
      quintet structure gives uncertainties of order 2 in R-matrix
      calculation, justifying this.

      Substituted 1-2, 1-4 and 1-6  upsilons from new calculations of
      Badnell. Calculations used the new prseudo-resonance eliminating
      version of the R-matrix codes.  Original data from the spread
      shhet analysis is in 'jetshp.strath.data(exc#cr0)'.
