  BACKGROUND  : THE DATA WAS OBTAINED BY FIRST SUBJECTING
                THE THE ADF04 FILE 'HPSH91H' TO ADAS211.
                ADAS211 ESSENTIALLY IMPLEMENTS THE BURGESS
                AND TULLY TRANSFORMATION ON THE EFFECTIVE COLLISION
                STRENGTH ( SEE REFERENCE (1)). THE X AND Y
                ARRAYS DESCRIBED IN (1) ARE THEN PASSED TO A
                SUBROUTINE WHICH PRODUCES A SPLINE THROUGH THE
                THE DATA.TO OBTAIN THE EFFECTIVE COLLISION STRENGTH
                FOR A GIVEN TEMPERATURE RANGE, ADAS211 READS THE
                REQUIRED TEMPERATURE RANGE AND THE CORRESPONDING
                Y VALUES ARE EVALUATED FROM THE SPLINE. THE NEW
                EFFECTIVE COLISION STRENGTH IS OBTAINED BY
                REVERSING THE TRANSFORMATION.

  based on analyis of Calloway recommendations (1994)ADNDT
  in combination with Sampson data.  Preferred curves were established using
  Burgess C-plots on EXCEL spreadsheets.

		      Identified and corrected the error associated with
		      the effective collision strengths for the transition
		      H(2p)->H(3p) for the following temperatures:

		      5.80+07  1.16+08  2.32+08  5.80+08  8.12+08

		      Source of error was idenitied to be due to a
		      mistake in the excel spread sheet used to 
		      prepare the data.
