   Transition Probabilities
   For allowed transitions are from Fawcett (At Dat and Nucl Data Tables
   30, 423, 1984) while for the intercombination 1-2 transition the result
   of Nussbaumer and Storey Ast and Ast 64, 139, 1978 was used.

   Collision Data
   Effective collision strengths for 2-2 transitions were from the
   results of Berrington (J Phys B 18, L397, 1985) with the actual data
   from the Belfast Daresbury Data Bank. For 2-3 and 3-3 transitions
   the results of Berrington et al (J Phys B, 22, 665, 1989) were used.
   The same 12 state R-matrix calculation was used for both papers.
   To overcome difficulties in obtaining converged cross sections
   involving the  n=3 states a new no exchange R matrix package was
   used for L>=11 in addition to the standard R matrix package.
   Partial wave contributions up to total angular momentum L  35
   had to be included before the Burgess sum rule could be used.
